Disney Dallas

The last few days before we headed back to London, the Smith family checked into the Gaylord Texan for some fun family time courtesy of Nannie and Big who continually go above and beyond!! We can't thank you enough for your generosity. We love you very much and are very grateful and thankful for everything you do!! :) It was a treat to spend time with everyone together one last time before we left! There were Disney characters for all the events and we joked that it was "Disney Dallas" :)

Checking out the view from Nannie and Biggie's room overlooking the Atrium. It was still all dressed up for the holidays! We had a different room without the kids - yes, totally spoiled!! :)

After check-in we went to a red carpet premiere of the movie Puss in Boots. We had gourmet movie theater snacks and enjoyed the 3D experience! At one point during the show, Brylie leaned over and said loudly "Stacey, isn't this so fun??" :)

Brylie and Fiona

They did a lot of this...running around in the wide open hallways!

Night view from the room :)

The next morning we enjoyed a Shrek feast!

Caryn and the boys in a land far far away :)

Shrek juice

Shrek!

Truett was terrified of all the characters. This was as close as he got :)

All the kids earned ogre ears :)

Truett loved the trains

The kissing after London continues!

Like father like son :)

No one really wanted to cooperate for pics

We walked around the atrium and let the kids run off some energy

Wrestle time! As I took this, I realized Truett was actually hurting him!

Uncle Stacey, can you hold me please?

Not scared of him anymore!

Time for some snow tubing! (The lighting wasn't great so these aren't the best pics!)

The last morning we went to the Ice exhibit (Shrek the Halls)

Truey was too cold and wasn't interested :)

The ice outhouse

Ice slide!

At the end they had a beautiful nativity and over the speaker told the real Christmas story!

Thank you Nannie and Biggie for a wonderful time!! :)
