Spring surprise

We were pleasantly surprised to find some flowers blooming in the garden! When we moved in last summer they were already gone, so it has been fun over the last week or two to discover what the landlord had planted for us :) I think they are daffodils?? They line our fence on both sides and are so nice to look at in the morning whilst (ha!!) drinking some tea ;)

It has been raining a lot, but in between showers the kids love to play outside! Here are some pics from this morning...

Digging for some worms! (Let me just comment on the nasty, dirty mop that Truett has in the background. I put it outside weeks ago to go in the trash, but the kids LOVE to play with it and honestly, if it keeps Truey happy and playing then I'm ok with it ;) Plus it has been rained on several times by now and isn't all that dirty!)


















Ok, these next few pics are from my phone and I forgot to post a while back...this is the guitar Brylie is working towards (she has to earn it by having a dry pull up every morning for a few weeks/months in a row)




Just a random Saturday running errands and going to the park. Brylie wanted to wear her princess dress and we let her - she got some stares! :)
