Visitors!

This week we have had a full house and loved it!!! My mom, sister, aunt, cousin, and Mike (a friend of Geoff's) all came over from the states to visit! We had an action packed week and I'm just going to throw a ton of pics on here :)

We had a wonderful time together and look forward to visiting Texas again in just a couple of months!

(I just have to note once again that our better camera is in the shop - terrible timing! - so this is our back up...)

The crew, minus Nannie who was taking the picture!

Mike and Geoff before heading off to Dublin for the week! They found a cheap flight and got to spend St. Patrick's day in beautiful Ireland (yes, I'm a little jealous!). No pics of them there...you know how guys are...but they had a great time! :)

Aunt Cassie and Lisa

The Smith girls

I forced them to get a pic with the Eye, Big Ben, and Parliament even though it was raining!

Had to get some phone booth shots ;) That is Trafalgar square in the background and Geoff's office is just down the street...

The Tower of London. We saw the Crown jewels here!

Sisters and the Tower Bridge

We took a bus tour and got to see a lot of the city this way - I saw more in one day than I have in the 9 months living here!! It was cold and rainy on the top of the bus, but worth it for the view!

Harrods

We saw a lot of Royal Wedding souveniers...here is a box of cookies for a mere 47 pounds ($76)!

We are loaded up to head to Windsor for the day. At this point we thought we would just take a train from there to the Cotswolds so we packed for an overnight stay and lugged everything around with us all day!! We ended up coming home late that night and just renting a car the next morning - much better idea! :)

Thanks for the glam shades Aunt Sarah!

Sarah was so brave driving us around the Cotswolds! Not only is it the other side of the road, but the other side of the car! She did a great job :)

So happy to travel in a car for a change!!

Blenheim Palace just outside of Oxford. We learned a lot about Winston Churchill here and saw the room where he was born!

The beautiful gardens in back...

Brylie's pose for the camera ;)

Pouting because she couldn't walk on the grass!

My sweet boy exploring the grounds :)

I'm in to doorways these days if you can't tell :) This one reminded me of walking into a dream...

Visiting some towns in the Cotswolds...we saw Stratford Upon Avon, Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, and a few others in between! Having a car was definitely the best way to go! :)

Paying to use the bathroom - can't get over that!

It was a beautiful foggy morning on our drive back and it made everything look magical!

We had an "accident" and had to pull over to clean up (yes we picked up that towel!)...some tourists walked by soaking up the atmosphere and had to go by us...sorry! :)

Funny road signs :)

Back in Wimbledon waiting for the bus!

Gotta love public transportation!

I stayed back with the kiddos and sent the girls into the city on their last day. Here is Buckingham Palace.

Tea time!

Not a great pic, but they had to see Brylie on her scooter and her skills!

Thank you everyone for coming all the way here to see us!! We love you!
