Life Moments

I know I haven't blogged in a while, but our days have been filled with the usual business...preparing, eating, or cleaning up meals (for most of the day - ha!), naps, playgroups, etc. :) So here are just a few of our "life moments" these days!

Also, this is random but I wanted to post this before I forgot! We went to the doctor this morning for Truett's last vaccination and when they called him back to the nurse they said "Master Truett Woodbury" -so cute! As a side note, they don't need to see him again until he is 3 1/2 years old - crazy! :)

A few weeks ago Brylie had the stomach flu. It was awful and Geoff was in Singapore so I prayed hard that I would not get sick too! Thank the Lord Truett and I did not get it! In the process of cleaning up afterwards we washed her baby and it sort of melted in the dryer. Brylie said "her arm got washed off!" It was somewhat horrific and Brylie was so sad so we called Daddy and explained and we got the go ahead to get another baby that Brylie had her eye on since we got here. Her name is baby Maddy and she talks and moves her mouth to suck the pacifier and bottle. Oh yeah, she also cries (the last thing I need at night) so baby has to be turned off at bedtime ;) Anyway, she was thrilled to have her and she is so cute the way she takes care of all her babies (including her baby brother!)

Just being cute :)

Truett was fascinated by the new baby too!

Playing "bakery" (Also, you will notice that in some of these pics the kids are either not dressed or wearing some crazy outfits. Brylie loves to pick out outfits for herself and Truett and I let her most of the time!)

Playing jump rope!

Brylie wanted Truett to try her fruit ice and he was so funny about it! He stuck out his tongue as far as it would go trying to keep the cold away from the rest of his body - funny boy! :)

He is learning how to eat with a spoon and he really wants to be independent!

Our precious girl :) Good thing those aren't her permanent teeth ;)

He was cracking up trying to eat his mashed potatoes straight out of the bowl! It reminded me of The Christmas Story - Mommies little piggy - haha!

After nap Brylie came down wearing my slippers as well as hers - double warmth!
