5 months!!

Truey, you were 5 months old yesterday and we are so proud of you!! You are filling out quite nicely and we love your "rolls" :) You have started to blow bubbles and drool a lot - I guess it is time to start putting a bib on you all the time! You and Mommy have been dealing with thrush issues this month but hopefully that is all gone for good! We also discovered how much you hate the taste of formula! Mommy and Daddy tried to leave you 3 different times with a bottle, but you would have nothing to do with it. Even Nannie (who works with babies for a living) said she had met her match!! We figured out that it isn't the bottle, but just the taste of formula that is not to your liking :) So, Mommy is working hard to build up a supply of breastmilk for those times you might have to be away from us during a feeding. You love to smile and you love people! Lately you have been wanting to stand on your feet a lot so I guess we need to see how you like the johnny jump up! You bring so much joy to our lives and we love you so much!!
