I thought this would be an appropriate post to follow the mullet :) Well we finally broke down and got Brylie a trim. We ended up going to Sweet and Sassy, which is a really cute place, but we were disappointed with the girl that actually did the cut. She did not make it fun at all and I don't think it is very even either. THEN she spelled Brylie's name wrong on her certificate (see below) after I spelled it for her 3 times! Also notice how horrible the picture is that she took and glued on the thing - that is her "after" picture - not cute...So, all in all we were glad she got it done but not so pleased with the experience. Maybe we'll try a different location next time (which probably won't be for another year by the time she has more hair!). She is still our precious girl though and has been so cute lately trying to talk and learn new things. She's also been trying to run and walk backwards - good skills to have ;) She can now say: Momma, Daddy, Baby, Bye-Bye, Uh-Oh, and Puppy. I've been a total slacker with the blog so I'll try to get some more posts in this week!
